Refund Policy

At Go Doobies, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a 100-day return policy. If it’s been less than 100 days since your purchase, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. If you've used some of your product and are not completely satisfied, please reach out to our support team at support@godoobies.com. We’ll do our best to explore any options that might be available for your situation.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be issued—but rest assured, we’re here to help however we can.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming that we’ve received your item and letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Please note: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email support@godoobies.com, and our team will provide instructions on where to send your return.
